The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w100 platform: money laundering or suspicious financial transactions, operating multiple accounts, registering under another person's identity, and any form of cyberattack. Users are required to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations and may only use the platform for activities that are legally permitted in their jurisdiction. w100 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any service at any time without providing a reason.
All transactions on the w100 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are supported via popular mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally processed instantly, though occasional delays may occur due to banking system latency. Users may only deposit using payment methods registered in their own name — transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Any outstanding valid balance will be made available for withdrawal before the account is closed; however, any bonus balance will be forfeited.
